Prague Airport Transfer - Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS - All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival / departure. Confirmation of the reservation will be e-mailed to the client once it has been accepted. Transfers can be made anywhere within Prague city limits. Daily hours of operation: Airport Shuttle from 5am - 10pm inclusive, private cars operate 24 hours. Clients are asked to observe punctuality during pick up times. The airport transfer service provider will not be held liable where vehicles have to proceed without passengers who have failed to meet the vehicle at the agreed time agreed. Cancellations / modifications must be made by the client at least 24 hours in advance of transfer.

GUARANTEE - Each reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card. The credit card will not be charged, except for in the case of a no-show or late cancellation; in these cases, a cancellation fee of 400kc will be charged.

ARRIVALS - The driver will wait for the client at the airport arrivals hall holding a sign with the client's name. The driver will wait for the client for up to 60 minutes after the flight arrival. Clients are asked to contact the airport shuttle company in the event that they are delayed at the luggage claim etc. or if they can't find the driver. The local switchboard number for the airport shuttle company will be provided when the reservation is confirmed.

PAYMENT - Payment must be made to the driver in cash. Clients can pay in the following currencies: Czech Crowns (CZK), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), US dollars (USD). In the event that the client does not accept the exchange rate offered by the shuttle company, payment must be made in Czech crowns.

VEHICLES - In some circumstances and peak periods, the shuttle company reserves the right to replace their minibus/car with other forms of transport - taxi, minibus, car etc. that will not necessarily be in the company's livery.

LUGGAGE - There is no limit to the amount of luggage that can be carried. The following special items must be announced when making the reservation. These special items are subject to an additional fee.

* Bicycles / Skis / Snowboards 10€/item
* Caged Animals 10€/item

Other special items not mentioned above may be charged at the driver's discretion. Any lost property found aboard vehicles will be reported to the client and delivered to the client's hotel/residence. The airport shuttle company does not take any responsibility for any luggage lost /stolen or damaged from their vehicles or during pick up and drop off times.

SMOKING - Smoking is prohibited in all airport transfer cars.

FOOD/DRINKS - Consumption of food and drinks is prohibited in all airport transfer cars.

PARIS NET - and its owner, Karma Labs Inc., take no responsibility for any disputes or claims resulting from the client's transaction with its airport transfer partner. Client further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Karma Labs Inc. harmless from and against all claims, damages, bodily injuries, losses and expenses which may result from client's use of the Parishuttle service. Karma Labs makes no guarantees concerning the airport transfer service.
