A trendy subterranean bar with vaulted brick ceilings, big plasma TV screens showing fashion TV, a huge central bar and a tiny dance floor. Techtle Mechtle's website calls it the "Best Bar in Prague" but it's name means "Hanky Panky" ... its regulars would probably agree on both. On weeknights it's a nice place for a quiet drink, but on weekends it gets very full. If you're going out for people watching this one is a prime choice.
